Alaska is one of the most beautiful states within the U.S.. The beauty of God’s creation is plain to see for the people who call the state home. Unfortunately, there has been a great spiritual decline over the years and today, it is believed that only 10% of the population of Anchorage, Alaska are evangelical Christians.

We have partnered with theCrossing, a church 15 minutes outside Anchorage. theCrossing is a place where people can meet Jesus and engage in life-giving community. They believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts, and use them for God’s glory. We are praying for a revival in Alaska and that God will use the men of West Ridge Church to help create opportunities for theCrossing to best reach the people of their community.

The main purpose of our trip to Alaska will be serving through construction. theCrossing is in need of a huge renovation project in their church building and they are looking to the body of Christ for help. We will train our team members on how to use their gifts, abilities, and willingness to serve to best fit our team of men. If you have a heart for serving with other men in the church, this trip is for you!
