A Note From Pastor Brian Bloye

Dear West Ridge Family, 

I want to start by saying how amazing it was to share in our 25th Anniversary Celebration with you! I hope you and your family had a great time and were as encouraged as I was by all the stories of God’s faithfulness. I’d like to personally thank you for the pivotal role you and your family have played in ministering to our community, country, and world through West Ridge Church. We truly would not be where we are without you! 

 As Amy and I reflect on our 25 years of service to West Ridge, we are also using this time to look forward and dream about the future of West Ridge Church and the personal legacy that God desires us to leave for future generations. 

If you’re like me, you find yourself continuously asking God questions such as: 

• How can I leave a legacy for my community, country, and world? 
• How can I leave a lasting legacy for my family and my church? 
• What will West Ridge Church look like 25 years from now? 50 years from now? Even 100 years from now? 
• How can I continue to impact lives for God’s Kingdom long after I am gone? 

One area I have grown increasingly passionate about is helping to equip families who are asking similar questions and who also desire to leave a legacy for future generations. To better equip you with invaluable resources, we will be hosting two workshops in October where guest speakers will share ways that you can begin to think more strategically with your resources as you pray about how God will have you leave your gifts to the people and causes that you care about most. 

In addition, I want to take a moment during these workshops to personally share some of the visions and dreams that Amy and I have for the next season of ministry as we continue working together towards advancing God’s Kingdom through West Ridge Church. 

We are praying that God would use these two workshops to equip and empower you to be an even greater blessing to your family, your loved ones, and the causes that God has laid on your heart. I look forward to seeing you soon and remember, you are loved!
