The Gift Offering - West Ridge Church

A Message from Pastor Brian

As I’ve looked back on 22 years, I am overwhelmed by what God has done through West Ridge Church. Through every season, God has been faithful and has accomplished infinitely more than we could have ever asked or imagined.

During this Christmas season, we have the opportunity to worship and celebrate the fact that God went all in by giving us the gift of His son Jesus to seek and save the lost. In response to God’s gift to us, our habit through our yearly Gift Offering has been to give a gift to God greater than any single gift we give this year. It’s a yearly reminder for each of us to keep Jesus as the focus of Christmas.

It’s been amazing to see how God has used the Gift Offering and the Vision Fund to change lives in our community, country, and world. Over the past 22 years, we’ve been able to build homes for people in need in our community; send local high school football players to FCA camp; plant churches all over the United States and around the world; build a safe house in Uganda; build a rescue center for young girls caught up in sex trafficking in Burkina Faso; purchase bicycles for church planters in Cuba; transform villages in Guatemala; and much more.

We’re grateful for all that God has done, and we’re challenged more than ever by all the opportunities we have in front of us.

Take a moment and read through the incredible initiatives we feel led to tackle as a church through the Gift Offering. This year’s Gift Offering will help propel our Vision Fund for 2020. Together, we have the potential to be an answer to prayer to thousands of people and put God on display.

We are confident that as each family at West Ridge steps out in faith to give towards the Gift Offering and Vision Fund, we will see God move in unimaginable ways throughout this upcoming year. We are praying that at this point next year, we are breaking ground on our new special needs building and celebrating stories of lives who have been changed forever through the Gospel.

Let’s be bold together in our generosity through the Gift Offering and watch God accomplish even greater things in our community, country, and world.

Amy and I are grateful for you and we are praying for God’s blessings on you during this Christmas season.

For His Glory,

Brian Bloye
