Following Jesus Christ is the most important decision of your life!

At West Ridge, we want to make every effort to help you take next steps in your relationship with Jesus and to understand what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Christ. This six-day devotional is hopefully a stepping block for you as you begin this journey. 

Our goal is not to load you down with more than you can handle. We want to give you a birds-eye-view of what beginning to follow Jesus looks like. Again, this is just a stepping block.

Additionally, we want to invite you back to First Steps – a class designed to help you understand how your story fits within the story of God. This is an environment where you can ask questions, get clarity on what following Jesus means, and write out your story so that you can, in turn, share it with others.

We know that life is busy and you may be asking, “when am I going to find time to do this?” Each day’s reading will take you less than 5 minutes to complete. These are meant to help you begin a rhythm of spending time reflecting on who God is, focusing on what He has done for you, and quieting your mind for prayer.
