Students - West Ridge Church

The vision of West Ridge Students is simple:
We lead students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

By partnering with parents and creating environments specifically for middle and high school students, we help them claim their faith as their own and live it out every day.

Weekly Student Ministry Gatherings

6th-8th Grade

Wednesdays from 7-9 pm

No Gathering on December 20 & 27 for Christmas Break

Revolution is the middle school ministry for students in 6-8th grades. This high-energy experience is designed for middle school students, so they encounter God in a way that’s unique to their age and life stage. At Revolution, students will worship through singing & hear practical Bible teaching that speaks to everyday life. After the session students break into smaller groups to discuss the teaching from the night, share about their life, and pray for one another.

Missed Revolution? Don’t worry we’ve got you covered.

If students are unable to join us in person each week, they can stay connected with what we’re doing through our YouTube Channel and our Student Ministry Podcast. We post videos, audio from the messages, student discussions, and other resources to help students in their faith. It’s also a chance for parents to know what we’re talking about throughout the year. Click “Watch on YouTube” and “Student Ministry Podcast” to access those resources.

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) involve 2-4 students and 1 leader that meets weekly from October 1st through April 30th through the end of the school year for 1-2 hours to discuss their weekly Bible reading plan, hold each other accountable for how they live and pray together. We want to help students learn how to read God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Jesus in Biblical community. These D-Groups will provide the best environment and structure to help them do that. These groups are an extension of our weekly Connection Groups at Revolution.

9th-12th Grade

Sundays from 6:30-8:30pm

Reckless is the high school ministry for students in 9-12th grades. In the services and the small groups that follow, students are challenged to live life completely committed to following Jesus over everything else. Why? So they can glorify God and reach the world with His love.

Reckless meets in-person on Sunday nights from 6:30-8:30pm on the campus of West Ridge Church. Whether you have been involved at church before or not, every high school student is welcome!
