The Lights Along the Shore

During our time together, we will read, contemplate, and study the Books of 1, 2, and 3 John penned by the one who knew Jesus best. The Apostle John lays out for Christian believers what walking a life in the light should look like; what thoughts, behaviors, and actions must result if we claim to know God and have a genuine fellowship with Him. In these letters, John fights vigorously against all that can corrupt Truth and influence one’s faith, emphasizing the dangers of false teachings.

Hello! My name is Catherine Turner.  I believe strongly, from experience, of the impact that a deep-dive study of God’s HOLY WORD can have on those seeking a deeper intimacy and understanding of God. My faith walk began with an insatiable desire to know more and to understand better, which nurtured the desire to walk alongside others in their pursuit of understanding God’s WORD. Over the past two decades, each time God has entrusted me to lead a study I have come away having encountered the Spirit, grown in my faith, and been enlightened with a deeper understanding of the messages contained within the Scripture.  It brings great joy to me to see others encounter the same.
