West Ridge University is a certificate program in partnership with BiblicalTraining.org. It is designed to equip the leaders of the church with a foundation in biblical content, theology, spiritual formation, and ministry skills. Our mission is to lead people on a life-changing journey to follow Jesus Christ.

The classes that make up West Ridge University offer you a free seminary-level education of unparalleled quality. Our world renowned professors come from a variety of denominational backgrounds and are all firmly evangelical.
You can, of course, take any class you want in any order at any speed you want, but if you are looking to be trained for leadership ministry, we recommend that you follow the sequence.
Our sequence of classes are designed around the following methodology:
We are not about the accumulation of data. We want to see people learn within the context of relationships and our local church, and to be changed into Christ-likeness in the process.
- Biblical Content are classes designed primarily to acquaint you with the Bible itself.
- Spiritual Formation covers areas of spiritual growth, how a knowledge of God's word, through God's Spirit, can help you become more like Jesus.
- Biblical Theology (including Systematic Theology) classes take the biblical content and help you develop a cohesive and consistent understanding of God's character and his will for his children.
- Ministry Skills classes present the challenge of practical ministry and how to meet them. These are the hardest classes to present through a website, and require the most interaction with your mentor.
