Ongoing Local Missions Opportunities

• Kid's Beach Club
  As part of our local outreach at West Ridge Church we’re taking Jesus to the local public elementary schools. Each week we’ll be teaching kids about worship, prayer and the Bible in their very own public school gym through a ministry called “Kid’s Beach Club”. We’ve already seen over 100 kids accept Christ b/c of this outreach. We’re looking for people willing to lead a small group of kids or help in a variety of other rolls. School’s available are:
  
  Burnt Hickory Elementary (Tuesdays)
  Roberts Elementary (Wednesdays)
  Northside Elementary (Thursdays)

• Breakaway
  Our team of volunteers provides a cost free break for parents of special needs children.  We care for the kids so their parents can have some free time to themselves. (Download the 2011-2012 Breakaway Calendar)
